THIS IS AN AGREEMENT TO RENT A SPACE AT THE LITTLE RED CHURCH, LOCATED AT 2182 COMOX AVENUE, COMOX.
THE AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN THE RENTER AND LITTLE RED CHURCH.
PAYMENT OPTIONS INCLUDE: CASH, CHEQUE, PAYPAL OR EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER.

THE RENTER IS REQUIRED TO PAY A DAMAGE DEPOSIT. THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SHALL
RETURN THE DEPOSIT WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER TERMINATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT,
WITH A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT OF ANY DEDUCTIONS AND RETURN OF THE KEYS.
EITHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR RENTER MAY TERMINATE RENTAL AGREEMENT BY GIVING 1
MONTH WRITTEN NOTICE.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS REQUIRED TO GIVE 1 MONTH WRITTEN NOTICE OF ANY INCREASE IN
BASIC RENTAL FEES.
PAYMENT IS DUE ON OR BEFORE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH OR BEFORE USE . ANY PAYMENT OR
NSF CHEQUE (FOR ANY REASON) SHALL INCUR A FEE OF $30.00 AND SHALL BE DUE
IMMEDIATELY.
ANY ADDITIONAL TIMES FOR RENTAL , OTHER THAN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, NEEDS TO BE
BOOKED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND ADDITIONAL FEES.
THE RENTER IS REQUIRED TO NOTIFY THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF
ANY BOOKINGS NOT BEING USED ON THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. THE RENTER SHALL PAY FOR ANY
BOOKINGS , WHETHER THE RENTER USES THEM OR NOT , UNLESS THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS
NOTIFIED.
THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL EXPENSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES
OR THEFT TO THE FACILITY OR POSSESSIONS OR OTHER RENTERS POSSESSIONS, DURING THE
TIME THE RENTER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCESS AND USE OF THE FACILITY. THE RENTER IS
REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR OWN APPLICABLE INSURANCE.ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY BE INCURRED
IF THE FACILITY IS LEFT IN AN UNSUITABLE CONDITION , THE RENTER MUST CLEANUP AFTER
THEMSELVES.
THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CANCEL ANY EVENT IF IT IS FELT
THAT THE FACILITY IS NOT BEING USED FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE. THE PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT SHALL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO REMOVE OR HAVE REMOVED, ANY PERSONS NOT
USING THE FACILITY IN A RESPONSIBLE MANOR OR IS IN VIOLATION OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE
LIQUOR PERMIT OR TOWN OF COMOX NOISE BYLAW AND RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES THAT MAY RESULT.
THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND OWNER ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES
CAUSED DURING THE RENTER(S) EVENT(S) AND OF ALL PERSON(S) ASSOCIATED TO THE RENTER
OR EVENT(S) OR POSSESSIONS LEFT IN FACILITY.
