            $200/ HALF-DAY (5-7 hours) without kitchen
            $300.00/ HALF DAY( 5-7 hours) with kitchen  
            $300/ FULL-DAY (7+ hours) without kitchen 
            $400.00/ FULL DAY  (7+ hours ) with kitchen

  $20 BOOKING DEPOSIT required to secure reservation
